The Flåm Railway is one of the steepest railroad track railway lines within the world, with 80% of the journey running on a gradient of 5.5%. The train runs through picturesque scenery, alongside the Rallar Road, vertiginous mountainsides, foaming waterfalls, through 20 tunnels, and offers numerous viewpoints that, for several people, one trip up and down isn't enough.
